Dr Priti Gandre have an 8-PA NHS consultant contract with 90% clinical commitment in Intensive Care and the remaining in Anaesthesia. The Intensive Care Unit at North Middlesex is a mixed medical and surgical unit, consists of 12 level III beds and 11 level II beds, and admits approximately 1500 patients per annum and has one of the busiest A&E departments in the country. On Anaesthesia days, Dr Priti Gandre conduct theatre lists for gynaecology, day stay, pediatric, trauma and 3 orthopaedics, emergency and major general surgery and urology. She is the Lead for Clinical Guidelines and Quality Improvement for the Intensive Care department and I am an educational supervisor for junior doctors.
